Postage & Returns

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12 Noon will be sent the same day.

We are based in the Isle of Man, postage is sent through The Isle of Man Post office and then enters the Royal Mail Network. The IOM Post office does not send outgoing mail on a Saturday.

All items sent with our free postage option are sent via 1st Class, items can take a little longer by 1-2 days due to weather and other varients outside our control.

Items should be with you normally between 1 - 5 days.

RETURNS

We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not you have 30 Days from when you receive your order to return the item for a refund. The item has to be in as new condition and must not be worn and if applicable all tags must be left on the item.

 

It is the buyers responsibility to get the item back to us and the buyers responsibility to pay for any return postage costs.

To Return a product please get in touch with us for a Return number.

In your package you must note the return's number and your name and address so we can find your initial order from us.

 

Please note returns cannot be processed without the Returns number.
